Damnek is a real estate management system with a CRM built in, plus the public portal where buyers and tenants search. It tracks tenancies and the rent schedule, maintenance jobs, vendors and inventory, the invoices and payments you record, and a monthly statement for each owner. It keeps your records and does not move money or run accounting, so it is not a full property management system.

Your back office is private to your agency: listings, contacts, chats, deals, tasks and your team. damnek.com is the public portal. Only the listings you switch on appear there, with the price range in the open and the exact price behind a Telegram sign-in.

Yes. Buyers message you from your listing and you answer in the inbox. You both see when the other is typing, and replies can carry emoji and your saved quick replies.

Yes. Add the back office to your home screen and it opens like an app. Photos upload in a queue and carry on by themselves if the signal drops, so you can photograph and publish on site.

Photos are resized for the web and watermarked with DAMNEK.com and the property code, and some packages add your own logo to the mark. Your original files stay private.

Yes. The deals pipeline follows each client from first contact to closing, with the commission. Rentals keeps your tenancies and the rent schedule, and Invoicing shows what each agent earned and what you have paid out.

Yes. Visitors say which day they would like to view and you see it with the request. Viewings sit in a calendar, and tasks and follow-ups keep each day in order.

No. Your contacts, deals, documents and mandates are private to your agency. Two agencies cannot read each other's data.

Every agency is checked and approved by Damnek before it can publish, and every listing shows who is behind it.

It is your own official conversation with the Damnek team, apart from your client chats and private to your agency. Damnek writes to you about billing, a listing or verification. You can write back, attach one of your listings and see when your message was read.

When a client asks Damnek for a property that may suit your listings, the request can be forwarded to you as a card with the budget, the place and the kind. You accept it to see how to reach the client, or pass. Which agencies get a request is Damnek's decision, and nothing is promised.

Passwords are hashed and never stored as text. You can use an authenticator app or get a six-digit sign-in code in Telegram, wrong tries are watched and pause sign-in, and removing anything asks you to type a word first, so nothing goes by accident.

Yes. Listings and contacts export as CSV from the back office, and so do your reports.

We confirm the price and switch the package on. Each month an invoice appears in your back office and you pay by KHQR or ABA transfer. You can download every invoice as a PDF, and a paid invoice becomes a receipt. There is no online checkout.

Yes. Damnek is updated in numbered releases that bring new features and fixes, and each one is written up on the What’s new page. Updates reach your back office by themselves, with nothing to install, and your listings and settings stay as they are.
