A Projects page for developments sold for a developer, a Leads page for visitors who reach out without Telegram, safer forms, a lighter first load and a fix for pages that do not exist.

A new Projects page lists developments an agency sells for a developer. Each project has its own page with a picture gallery, the unit types and how many are still open, a payment plan, a price range and a form to register interest. It works on a phone, a tablet and a computer. Prices are a range, never an exact figure.
A new Projects page in the back office. Each project has five steps: details, unit types, a payment plan, up to 12 pictures with a cover, and a publish page that checks what is still missing. Switch a project live or back to draft in one tap, copy its link, duplicate it, and see how many leads it has. Projects come with the Developer projects feature of your package.
People who leave their number or email appear on a new Leads page, with buttons to call, write on WhatsApp or send mail. Take a lead or hand it to a colleague, mark it contacted or closed, and keep notes. Each one shows where the visitor came from. A new lead rings the bell and reaches your Telegram like a chat does, the menu shows how many are new, and a lead nobody answers brings a follow-up task after one, three and seven days.
Under the chat on every property and agency page there is now a short form for visitors without Telegram: a name, a phone or an email, and an optional message. The agency calls back. An agent asking for a client ticks the co-broke terms. The agency’s own phone number is still not shown.
The deals pipeline can be exported as a CSV file, for this week or for everything.
The contact, property request, chat, lead and sign-up forms now drop messages sent by scripts, messages made of links, and the same question asked again within the hour. A password reset or confirmation mail can be asked for once every two minutes, and a sign-up needs an email address on a real domain.
A message from the contact form used to wait until its sender opened a confirmation mail, and most never did. It now reaches the Damnek team the moment it is sent, and the visitor sees "Message sent".
The home page loads less before anything appears: the live chat waits until the page is idle or you first touch it, and pictures far below the fold load only when you scroll to them.
An unknown page, property code or agency address now answers "not found" properly, so search engines stop keeping it. The home page covers also describe what they show, for screen readers and search.
The dashboard, pipeline, tasks and property care no longer ask for the team list when your package has no Team feature, and the Team page says so with a way to Billing.
Agencies can pay Damnek through ACLEDA or Sathapana as well as ABA, and the For agencies page lists every feature, with shorter package cards.

The payment window of an invoice now has a tab for each bank Damnek has set up: ABA, ACLEDA and Sathapana, each with its account details and its own KHQR picture. The invoice PDF lists them all.
On the For agencies page each package card is shorter: the limits in a small grid and one line for each extra. The table of what is different now lists every feature, and each group folds shut.
Nine statuses, print and share, drop uploads, easy handling of forty photos and the paperwork checklist are now named in the feature tabs.
Four new listing statuses, your listings as a PDF, an Excel file or a picture, pictures dropped straight onto photos and floor plans with a progress bar, and a clearer paperwork page.

Besides Draft, Active, Under offer, Sold and Rented, a property can now be Coming soon (shown with a mark, not open to enquiries yet), Reserved (held for a buyer or tenant), On hold (paused and hidden) or Withdrawn (the owner took it off the market). A line under the choice says what each one does.
The Export menu at the end of the Listings filters gives the list you are looking at as a PDF to print, an Excel file, a JPG picture or a CSV. The PDF and the picture show only what a client may see: the public price range, never the exact price.
Drag pictures from your computer onto the photos or the floor plans, as many as your package allows, and watch each one go up with a progress bar. When the limit is reached, a note says so and points to the packages.
A logo, a document or a floor plan now shows its name, a small picture and a bar while it goes up, the same as the photos.
Photos and floor plans are small numbered tiles you tap to edit and drag to a new place, you can remove several photos at once, the location is one field with a map, and visitors can rate a chat with stars.

The photos of a listing are small numbered tiles, three across on a phone. Tap one to see it large, change its description, make it the cover or move it to a position, and walk through the others with the arrows. On a computer you can also drag a tile to a new place, and on a phone press and hold and then drag. Select several tiles and remove them in one go.
Floor plans are numbered tiles that show the whole plan with its label. Tap one to rename it or move it, or drag it to a new place.
Paste the numbers or the link from Google Maps into one Coordinates field, or use your location. A small map shows the point with a pin, Open in maps takes you to Google Maps, and a note appears if the point is outside Cambodia.
Yes, No and Not stated share the whole width of their column and the chosen answer is filled in. The features you picked are neat pills with a round remove button, and the group tabs above the ready-made features have bigger text.
Ninety ready-made features you can search and add in a tap, a clear checklist for publishing, full-width section tabs and colour for Yes and No, plus a calmer contact form and a tidier phone menu.

The Features box of a listing now has ready-made features in nine groups: outdoor, security, power and water, interior, kitchen, building and parking, location, business and land. Type a word to search every group, in English or Khmer, and tap a feature to add it. Your own words still work too.
The Publish card shows Draft or Live and lists what is still needed, with a tick for each thing done. Tap one that is missing and you are taken to it. The readiness card has a Next button for the first thing left and splits what publishing needs from what helps the property sell.
The six tabs of the listing form share the full width and the open one stands out in blue. Yes, No and Not stated each have their own colour, and the Basics card shows how many of its three parts are done.
The menu that slides in on a phone is only as wide as its words need, so more of the page stays in view behind it.
A property that is live keeps at least 5 photos: the remove button waits until another photo is added or the property is switched off.

Every property needs 5 photos to go live, and now it also keeps them: the button to remove a photo is switched off while a live property has exactly 5, with a note saying why. Add another photo first, or switch the property off.
Damnek can now make a package just for one agency that asks for it, with its own price and limits, without showing it on the website.
